Life Abroad changed your
Relationship?
Let’s get back to feeling connected.
Your relationship has felt strained since moving abroad
Conversations that used to flow now turn into conflicts
You feel distant, even though you're together
Stress, change, and uncertainty make it hard to connect
You wish things could feel normal again
Or maybe it's a mix of all of it.

You want coming home to feel good again
You miss the ease and the intimacy that you once shared
You usually manage well, but this time, you'd welcome some extra support.
If this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Relationship challenges abroad can feel overwhelming -
but they don’t have to define your experience.
With the right structure and support,
it’s possible to move past feeling stuck
and rebuild connection, clarity, and intimacy.
I'm here to help you find your way back to each other.
I work with couples on communication, decision-making,
and emotional closeness —
so your relationship can feel like home, wherever you are.

I offer sessions in German (native speaker), English, and Dutch.
You can find an overview of my rates here.
Relationship coaching focuses on the present and the future.
It helps couples understand their patterns, improve communication, and make conscious decisions about how they want to relate to each other.
My work is structured, reflective, and practical. We look at how you interact, where things get stuck, and what alternatives are available — and then practice them.
Couples therapy, on the other hand, is led by licensed therapists and focuses on mental health, trauma, addiction, or clinical diagnoses. It often places stronger emphasis on the past.
I do not diagnose, treat mental illness, or work with trauma-related conditions.
My role is to guide reflection, clarify dynamics, and support change. Coaches are experts and facilitators of processes.
Yes. You can start on your own.
While working together as a couple is often helpful, meaningful change can begin with one person. Reflecting on communication, boundaries, and decision patterns will influence the relationship either way.
If your partner isn’t ready yet, we can still work productively.
I work with couples who want to understand what’s happening beneath recurring tension — and change it.
For example, I support couples in:
✅ understanding why the relationship feels exhausting or stuck
✅ improving communication and decision-making
✅ working with recurring, “perpetual” conflicts
✅ navigating major transitions like moving abroad
✅ mediating conversations that feel impossible to resolve alone
and more.
🛑My work is not suitable for situations involving untreated mental illness, addiction, substance abuse, or acute trauma.
A free introductory call helps clarify whether I’m the right person for your situation.
Impartiality is essential in my work.
I don’t take sides — I focus on the dynamics between you. My role is to make patterns visible, not to assign blame.
Many clients appreciate that I approach couples analytically and relationally, creating space where both perspectives are taken seriously.
If this concern is present, we can address it openly from the start.
No.
The introductory call is for orientation only.
There is no obligation to continue, no pressure, and no expectation.
You decide what feels right after the conversation.

work in a structured, grounded way
combine clarity with warmth and directness
understand expat life from personal experience
Fit matters.
That’s why a free introductory call is the best way to see whether working together feels right.
